Definition: “A public access defibrillator (PAD)—is a portable electronic device placed in a strategic public location for use by everyday bystanders during a sudden cardiac arrest”
Defibrillator Familiarisation
11:00 am until 1:00 pm
The Trossachs Search and Rescue are a local charity which, among other things, spend time helping maintain Public Access Defibrillators locally. On Friday 30th October they will be attending Cambusbarron Community Centre with a training defibrillator to demonstrate its use and help people see that it is available for anyone to use. Please come through and have a look so that you might be ready to save a life one day.

Gillies Hill Dark Woods Replanting
The dark woods area within Gillies Hill Community Woodland has been cleared of the over mature sitka spruce trees and we are now looking to restore the area to be an accessible and natural habitat for the community and local wildlife.
Members of Cambusbarron Community Development Trust will be at the coffee morning on the 30th October to tell you about our plans, and hear your opinions about what you think we should do with the area. If you can’t make it please email your opinions and ideas to woodland@ccdt.org.uk or click below.
