Open Public Meeting

This open public meeting provides an opportunity for all interested parties to find out more about the way Gillies Hill Community Woodland is being managed by CCDT.

We invite all interested parties in the community who wish to be actively involved in any of the projects managed by the Trust, to come along, meet the team of Trustees as well as some of our regular volunteers who put time into attending sub-committee meetings in addition to hands-on volunteering.

To ensure that as much information is available to allow full and complete answers to questions, please email questions in advance to admin@ccdt.org.uk Please do this as soon as possible or at latest by Friday May 19th 2023. There will also be an opportunity at the end of the meeting to ask pertinent questions arising from discussions held on the night.

Any questions which we can’t fully answer on the night will be taken forward and a reply made available at a later date.

We intend to include frequently asked questions and their responses on our website and these will be circulated to registered attendees ahead of the meeting.

To comply with our Community Centre Health and Safety requirements for capacity restrictions we require those wishing to attend to register in advance.

This is an open public meeting. You do not need to be a member of CCDT to attend but there will be opportunities to join CCDT on the night if you wish.
