Family Winter Woodland Crafts

The first weekend in December is traditionally known for ‘tree dressing’. It celebrates the importance of trees and encourages us to value and care for them. Together we’ll make some festive crafts that you can take home and hang on your own Christmas tree or you can choose to help us decorate a tree in the woodland for the community to enjoy together over the festive period.

Festive home baking and winter spiced tea/juice will be available.

A suggested donation of £5 per family can be collected on the day or can be processed via QR code & PayPal donation link. If you do enjoy and wish to contribute to future projects and events such as these in the woodland we would appreciate any donation you feel able to make.

Location – meet for 10am by walled garden.

We’d encourage you where possible to walk to the event. There is no onsite parking and the nearest car parking is at Cambusbarron Primary School, Old Drove Road, Cambusbarron FK7 9PE ///armed.fills.slowly or Cambusbarron Community Centre, St Ninians Road, Cambusbarron FK7 9NU ///refers.metro.budget about a 10 minute walk to the start. We will email out a map to all attendees in advance of the event to show parking and also walking route to the walled garden.
