CCDT has a duty of care for tree safety in Gillies Hill Community Woodland for users of the woodland and neighbours. This plan sets out a framework and plan which the Trust can implement as part of the ongoing
management of the woodland to help them discharge their duty of care.
The map identifies the higher use areas of the woodland which are the areas which we would carry out safety checks on more frequently and action to be taken as risk would be increased.
